This sheet covers web site design / programming rates and terms. We’ve
also included rates for additional services you might need. We have a $1000
per site minimum.
Hours not used within three months of
contract start are forfeited. Please see the attached contract for specific
terms.

| Contract Terms: |

| Time for Payment |
|
Payment for consultation is in advance. All other services for
new accounts pay 50% down, 50% COD. Established accounts have 30 day payment
plans. |
| Default in Payment |
|
The Client shall assume responsibility for all collection of
legal fees necessitated by default in payment. |
| Sales Tax |
|
The Client shall be responsible for payment of sales tax, if
such tax is due, unless a proper tax exemption form is filed with the
Consultant. |
| Cancellation |
|
In the event of cancellation or breach by the Client, the
Consultant shall retain advance fees. In the event of Cancellation by the
Consultant, the Client shall be reimbursed on a pro-rated basis for hours not
yet used. |
| Design and Artwork |
|
Any rights to design and artwork created by the Consultant for
the Client during the course of the contract, shall belong to the Consultant,
except for those rights specifically granted to the Client in writing. |
| Grant of Rights |
|
The grant of any rights based on consultation is conditioned on
receipt of payment. |
| Reserved Rights |
|
The Consultant reserves the rights to use any design, or
artwork created for the Client during the course of this contract for personal
marketing, such as in a portfolio. |
| Acceptance of Terms |
|
The signature of both parties shall evidence acceptance of
these terms. |
